There are a handful Joel Robuchon bakeries in Tokyo. The one I visited is Le Pain de Joel Robuchon, located at B2F in Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs. There's also La Boutique de Joel Robuchon, which is both a patisserie and boulangerie. You can find La Boutique de Joel Robuchon at Ebisu Yebisu Garden Place, Roppongi Hills or Marunouchi Brick Square.

If you visit Le Pain de Joel Robuchon at Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs, make sure to try the lamb pie - stewed lamb spiced with cumin wrapped inside crispy crunchy pie shell. It's only available at the Shibuya store.
