Restaurant menu is in both Japanese and English. You can order a la carte or a set menu. Set menus come in three different prices, ¥6,500, ¥8,500 and ¥10,000. The more you pay, the better beef you get. I went with the ¥8,500 course during my first visit. As a matter of fact, I enjoyed the meal so much that I decided to visit the restaurant two nights after and went with the ¥10,000 course. I highly recommend to choose one of the set menus as you can experience different cuts of beef. Make sure to make a reservation. If you want to choose the ¥10,000 course, inform the restaurant during your reservation as they need to secure the highest quality beef for that day.
Pictures shown here are from the ¥10,000 course. To see pictures from the ¥8,500 course, visit my flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/117246342@N04/sets/72157643367805524/.
